Facilitating professional town planning and architectural advice to assess land suitability for SDA.
Assessibility Design
Facilitating professional accessibility advice to assist with all facets of SDA design conformity and accessibility best practice for construction of the property.
Customer Service
Regular engagement throughout construction to ensure accessibility requirements are met.
Due Diligence
Undertaking due diligence, selecting and collaborating with a Supported Independent Living provider for in-house services to residents.
Marketing
Marketing activities to engage with suitable NDIS participants to live in the property.
Property Management
Managing property inspections by participants and their families.
Lease Agreements
Undertaking the sign-up process and entering leases with participants.
SDA Certification & Enrolment
Facilitating SDA certification and enrolment of the property with the NDIS.
Managing Leases
Managing leases with residents and entering new leases when vacancies arise.
NDIS Administration
Undertaking ongoing NDIS administration, including annual SDA quotes and monthly rent claims.
Managing Rent Contributions
Managing Centrelink rent contributions
Inspections
Pre-tenancy, post-tenancy and sex monthly property condition inspections.
Maintenance Services
Managing repairs, programmed maintenance, and safety inspections.
Modification Services
Managing any modifications required under a resident's NDIS plan.
Service Agreements
Managing the agreement and relationship with a SIL provider for support services.
Relationship Building
Marketing to prospective tenants in the case of vacancies, and subsequent administration to secure the NDIS funding to the property.
